About Dr. Sarah Kruis, D.C.
My Story
I was born and raised in Northern Indiana, and now work at a chiropractic clinic in my home town of Elkhart, Indiana. After graduating from Ball State University with my Bachelor of Science, I attended Palmer College of Chiropractic Davenport, where I earned my Doctorate of Chiropractic.

My mission is to help others achieve their greatest potential and make lasting changes by addressing the root cause rather than treating the symptoms. I do a thorough job at educating all of my patients so that they can get the most out of their care and take charge of their health. I see patients of all ages and walks of life, from the day-old infant, to the prenatal or postpartum mom, to the elderly grandparent. I am trained in a number of chiropractic adjusting techniques: Blair Upper Cervical, Thompson, Gonstead, Diversified, Logan Basic, and the Sacro-occipital Technique.

In addition to chiropractic, I run a business through Young Living Essential oils, and am passionate about helping people ditch the toxic products in their home and switching to plant-based products and essential oils that support their health and well-being. I am also trained as a FEMM teacher, where I educate women about their hormones and empower them through this knowledge to make informed healthcare decisions with their reproductive health.

I strongly believe that you are in the drivers seat of your health, you don't need permission to take the wheel. I am passionate about helping others through chiropractic, FEMM, and essential oils and natural living to find their voice, be their own advocate for their health and healthcare, and to achieve lasting wellness.

In my free time I can be found gardening, crafting, using my oils, going on walks, snuggling with my cat Calvin, and spending quality time with my husband. I also enjoy spending time outdoors soaking up some sunshine!
